1. Day 1: Danang Arrival – Drive to Hoian

   Upon arrival at Danang Airport, your driver and guide will pick up and take you to the hotel in Hoian. Rest of the day, free at leisure. Meals: N/A. Accommodation: Hotel in Hoian.

2. Day 2: Hoian City Tour

   Immerse yourself in the tranquility and charm of this sleepy riverside town. From the 16th to 18th centuries Hoian was a thriving international port frequented by Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders, who came to trade in the high-quality silk still produced in the region. Today, Hoian is a relaxing resort popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, skilled tailors and numerous cafes. Take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the ancient town centre, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. After lunch, take a short boat trip to a nearby island and visit a handicraft village specializing in ceramics. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon and enjoy a free evening at your leisure. 3. Day 3: Hoian – Free day

   Today you will have a full free day on your own. Perhaps you choose and take part in one of the following optional activities: • Enjoy eco-tour. • Or cooking class • Or learn how to make lanterns. • Or enjoy a bicycle tour to Tra Que Village. • Or take a wet rice planting tour. • Or My Son Holy Land. 4. Day 4: Hoian – Danang – Hue

   Depart Hoian for the scenic mountainous drive to Hue. Stop at the dramatic Hai Van Pass, the high dividing line between the climate zones of North and South Vietnam, to admire the spectacular views and at the fishing village of Lang Co for a drink. Arrive in Hue, check in hotel. Meals: Breakfast. Accommodation: Hotel in Hue.

5. Day 5: Half day biking to Thanh Toan Village – Hue City Tour

   From your hotel, start cycle to the countryside. Stop at Thanh Toan Tile – Roofed Bridge of Thuy Thanh 16th century Village. Your guide will introduce the history of this village and lifestyles of its people there before taking around to see the local market. You will be also explained clearly about traditional work and production tools in the village production museum. In the afternoon, take a tour through Vietnam’s ancient capital city, visiting the Royal Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of King Tu Duc (a replica of the king’s palace built for the next reincarnation of the king), before exploring the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba Market. Meals: Breakfast. Accommodation: Hotel in Hue.

6. Day 6: Hue Departure

   Free until transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Please make your own arrangements for onward flight (not included – contact us for other tour options or flight information) Meals: Breakfast. Accommodation: N/A.
